Submit an essay to the Moscow EIC on the value of international education in your life and you will have the chance to win a copy of Peterson's TOEFL CBT Success Preparation Kit. The TOEFL preparation kit includes a booklet with practice tests and cassettes for the audio portion of the test.

This essay contest is part of a celebration of International Education Week (November 17-21, 2003), a joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences in the United States.

The deadline for submission is November 15, 2003. Essays should be one page or less. Please send your essays to eic@useic.ru or turn them in at the front desk. More information is available at 777-6533.
