Representatives from American Councils for International Education: ACTR/ACCELS and IREX (the International Research & Exchanges Board) will describe US government-sponsored high school and university exchange programs and discuss the application process.

US Government-Sponsored Educational Programs for Graduate Students, Scholars, and Specialists
Representatives from American Councils for International Education: ACTR/ACCELS, Fulbright, IREX (the International Research & Exchanges Board), Kennan, and the Institute of International Education will discuss their respective fellowship and scholarship programs for Eurasian graduate students, scholars and specialists and describe the program requirements.

Vladimir Blinov, alumnus of the John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles and now working as a senior associate in Investment Banking at Renaissance Capital, will discuss the process of applying to an MBA program and studying in the United States.
