Representatives from American Councils for International Education: ACTR/ACCELS, Fulbright, IREX (the International Research & Exchanges Board), Kennan Institute, and the Institute of International Education will discuss their respective fellowship and scholarship programs for Eurasian graduate students, scholars and specialists and describe the program requirements.

Allison Hawley, Regional Educational Advising Coordinator, Eurasia region, will cover the issues of finding financial aid for US studies.

MBA Programs in US Universities
Vladimir Blinov, Alumnus of John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles and currently a senior associate in Investment Banking at Renaissance Capital, will discuss the process of applying to an MBA program and studying in the United States.
